Stitching hole spring punch #00

First time customer here. I ultimately received the product I desired/ordered and am happy with it. But I can't say I would do business here again. Phone number given will not take calls. I resorted to using the email contact, which proved to be mind blowing frustrating. It was extremely difficult to communicate with the store representative. I could not get a straight yes or no answer to any questions I had. I finally gave up trying to get info and decided I'd just have to wait until I received the item in question, then go through the inconvenience of returning the item if it was the wrong one. Not a good ordering experience at all. Hopefully they will address this type of issue for future customers.

A tool to have

I've been using a top of the line rotary punch for my stitching wholes. The rotary punch has worked good but I was constantly replacing the tubes. Out of pure frustration I bought the dedicated punch and found it to just what I needed. I punched heavy leather, 8-9 oz, without any trouble and each whole was crisp and clean and I didn't break any of the punch tubes even though I bought backup tubes just to be sure. If you're looking for a great punch that is easy on the hand, punches a lot of wholes without tubes breaking, this is your tool. You can't go wrong.
