!-1/2 inch stainless steel roller buckles
These buckles are a nice upgrade from plain steel heel bar buckles that sometimes score the edges of bridle leather belts. These don't score the edge as long as the belt or strap isn't oversize for the buckle's inner legs. The roller is gentler at the fold when fastening the buckle. But, please keep in mind that these buckles are true to size. I ordered them in 1-1/2 (1.5) inch width. Some of my existing belts were cut a little wider to fit the OEM heel bar buckles I've been using for years. Those belts can't be upgraded to use these buckles. So. if you buy these, make sure you cut the belt strips to 1.5 inches, or whatever size you choose, or less. You don't want to squeeze the edges if they're too wide to slide through. Going forward, we will be cutting our belts to exactly 1.5 inches so we can offer these as upgrade option. All of our belts already come with Line 24 jacket snaps so the owners can swap buckles to trophy buckles.
