    Product Description

        You are looking at one brand new Craftaid Plastic Plants Template. This item 75000-00 is great for creating intricate and unique images on your leathercraft projects. These designs are tranfered to leather by moistening the leather first and rubbing over one of the plants with a modeling spoon. Afterwards it can be carved even deeper with a swivel knife. 

    To Use:

    Moisten the vegetable tanned leather where you want to transfer the pattern.

    Lay the template over the area and rub the plastic with a modeling spoon.

    Afterwards the pattern left on your leather can carved and stamped for a great look.

      Creating with leather is new to me. I am not skilled in any way. The templet allowed me to add a detailed rose to my project, and with dye pens was able to color it with 2 different colors. I was sceptical about the plastic and if the impression would really work. IT DID! Be sure to rub it good with a modeling spoon. I used the same rose pattern 10 times and it is still holding up very well. I was using 3-4 oz veg tan leather.
